Product Quality & Storage

What purity level are your peptides?

All peptides are sourced from GMP-certified facilities and independently tested to ≥99% purity by HPLC and Mass Spectrometry at an accredited third-party laboratory. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering purity and identity is published for every batch and can be downloaded from our CoA Library.

How should I store my peptides?

Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20 °C, away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, solutions should be kept at 4 °C and used within a short timeframe. Detailed storage instructions are provided on each product page.

How do I reconstitute a lyophilized peptide?

We recommend reconstituting lyophilized peptides using bacteriostatic water. Allow the vial to come to room temperature before opening. Add the solvent slowly down the side of the vial and gently swirl — do not shake vigorously. Specific reconstitution guidance can be provided by our team upon request.

Are your products for human consumption?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside Australia, please check back in the future as we plan to expand our delivery zones.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock orders placed before 12.00pm AEST/AEDT on a business day are eligible for same business day dispatch. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the following business day. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout.

How are the compounds packaged for shipping?

All lyophilized peptides are shipped in secure, discreet packaging labelled for research use.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor delivery progress through the carrier's website.

Lab Reports & COAs

Can I get a Certificate of Analysis for my order?

Yes. A CoA is available for every batch we stock. You can request the CoA for your specific product by contacting us with your order number, or browse the CoA Library directly. We are committed to full transparency regarding compound quality.

Ordering & Payments

How do I place an order?

Browse our product catalogue, add what you need to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide a shipping address and payment details. All products are supplied for research use only.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayID, bank transfer, and PayPal. PayID and bank transfer are fee free. PayPal supports instant payment, and any PayPal processing fee is shown at checkout. Payment must be cleared in full before an order is dispatched.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation after paying with PayID?

Some banks may withhold PayID payments to new payees for up to 24 hours. Please wait 24 hours after submitting payment, then contact us at support@auspeptidesupply.com with a screenshot of your payment so we can investigate.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately via email if you need to make a change. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Do you offer bulk order pricing?

Yes — we offer bulk pricing for larger orders. Pricing depends on the product and quantity. Get in touch with us to discuss a custom discount.

Do you charge GST?

No. We are not registered for GST as we are not required to be, so GST is not charged on any orders. As a result we are unable to provide a tax invoice, but we can provide a receipt upon request.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos and we will assess your case.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please photograph the packaging and product immediately upon receipt and email us at support@auspeptidesupply.com within 7 days. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
